I bought this today at a flea
Market, it's identical to one which my parents had, i recognised it immediately. And I thought, wouldn't it be strange if it was their's that they chucked out?! Anyway, I love it.

Free Range Eggs.

I was delighted to receive these beautiful eggs from our friends who came to dinner. How lovely!
The blue ones are such a wonderful hue.

Perfect, passionate Pavlova!

Whisk 4 egg whites until they form peaks, then whisk 11oz of caster sugar in one spoon at a time until the mixture is stiff and glossy.

Spread onto a tray covered in non stick baking parchment and bake at 130C for approx 1 hour then leave to cool with the oven door open.

Cover in whipped cream and pile on mixed fruit such as raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and the pulp from passion fruit.

Dredge with icing sugar and decorate with shards of dark chocolate (made by drizzling melted chocolate on a silicone sheet and frozen)

Sunday morning Under 8s football.

Raspberry and coconut steamed pudding.

Rub 2 oz of margarine into 4 oz self raising, stir in 1oz caster sugar and 1 oz dessicated coconut, one beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of milk. Grease a basin and spoon raspberry jam into the bottom, pour mixture on top.
Steam in the basin covered with pleated greaseproof paper for 45 mins. Serve with custard. Yum!

AquaRiva Margarita time!

Cleo Rocas says that this brand of Tequila which is made with 100% Agave when mixed with 100% agave syrup and just lime juice makes the most wonderful cocktail and doesn't leave you with a hangover if drunk responsibly and not mixed with any other alcohol. Margaritas are one of my fave cocktails. Cheers!
