Line a pudding basin with stale, white bread and fill with stewed sweetened rhubarb, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries or anything else you fancy! Put a last layer of bread on the top. Cover with a firm lid and refrigerate overnight..turn out carefully onto a plate, cut and enjoy with cream or icecream. Delicious and low fat (if you don't have cream!)
