Gluten free Orange Polenta cake
I saw a recipe in a magazine at the hairdressers this week for this cake. It was quite easy to make and tastes lovely. The frosting is made from presoaked cashew nuts, agave syrup, coconut oil, soya yogurt and orange juice all whizzed up, amazing!
New Year
Almost at the end of the first month of the New Year I know (been busy what can I say?! Lol) but Happy New Year all!
