Chocolate truffles.

Melt milk, dark and white chocolate. Mix 150ml double cream, 25g unsalted butter and 30g soft brown sugar in with the milk and dark chocolate.
Add a splash of brandy or Tia Maria if you fancy a more adult flavour.
Leave to cool and set in the fridge.
Use a melon baller to scoop out some of the mixture and dip in more melted dark or white chocolate then roll in cocoa powder or drizzle white chocolate on. These are amazing! They won't last long....<ahem>
