Yorkshire Pudding

Ooh my Yorkshire puddings have risen beautifully today! I'm always a bit hit and miss with them (even though I am a Yorkshire lass!) 

1 cup plain flour
1 cup eggs (usually 3 eggs)
1 cup milk
salt and pepper

pour batter into very hot oil in a muffin tin, cook at 220C until all puffed up (about 15/20 mins) served traditionally with roast beef..you can use beef dripping instead of hot oil.
