Sage and onion stuffing

I have lots of sage growing at the moment so I used some of it to make this delicious stuffing.

Mix white breadcrumbs with chopped, sauteed onion, plenty of chopped sage and parsley, beaten egg and salt and pepper. Put dots of butter on top and bake until golden. Serve with roast pork or chicken.

Potato flowers

Pretty potato flowers on the plants which have grown from potatoes which I must have missed last year! I read that Marie Antoinette wore them in her hair...fancy!
