Help for Heroes.

We were sent these gorgeous teddies today by a lady who buys them to support the charity Help for Heroes which supports wounded service people. While it's an organisation which I support whole-heartedly I can't help but think it should not be needed..those that serve our country and risk their lives for our safety should be looked after by those in charge of our country when they need it.

Well the forecast was right after all! A beautiful blue sky was with us by lunch time and it was warm enough to be out without coats ..yay!!!

Well we've been promised a warm day today, 20 degrees they said! Hmmmm we'll see as the sky over town is not looking like it's heard the forecast!

Unusual vinegar bottle.

We're loving the lightbulb shaped vinegar bottle! Ooh and real handcut chips.... Yum yum. Great food and friendly service at the Red Pepper Bistro. I had Chicken cakes with peanut and chilli dipping sauce and Field mushroom and Goats' cheese Choux Pastry...haven't decided on dessert yet....!!Red Pepper Bistro
