Half Century

Well it's my Half Century birthday today! My lovely daughter made this beautiful chocolate cake and I made a Persian Love cake for all my lovely friends who visited.
Turns out being fifty IS fabulous after all....

I've bought a Paperbush shrub (Edgeworthia Crisantha). I'd never heard of them but on googling they look rather exciting! Just need to decide where to put it now!
